Free Meditation Meetup
This is a free open group to anyone, non related to any organization or specific tradition of meditation.
Our goal is to explore, experience and share together the amazing tools for freedom that many contemplatives has left us over the last few thousand years, adapted for our 21st century urban lifestyle.
This are non religious meetings, and not limited to any belief system or doctrine.
In our sessions of 1h, we will explore 2 or 3 meditation exercises followed by an open dialogue afterwards.
Examples of techniques we will use are: Zazen, Mindfulness, Radja Yoga, Shamatha, Compassion/Loving-Kindness, Creative Visualization, Focused thinking, Mantra Yoga, Breathing techniques…and many more!
No meditation experience required.
